Returns

We want you to love every purchase you make with us. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

 

• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Proof of purchase is required.

 

Return Process:

 

1. Contact our customer service team at support@ozbargains.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement.

 

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.

Exclusions:

Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as personal care products, opened consumables, and used pet accessories cannot be returned.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos, and we’ll make it right immediately.
